I have over 30 years in the restaurant and hotel industry. I have worked in some of the top hotels in New Orleans for over thirteen years. I've traveled and trained in Florence, Italy, St. Petersburg, Russia, and two other Orient Express properties in Mexico. I have fed many famous people and have several autographed photos of some.
