Turtle Cheesecake

Caramel, chocolate, and nuts adorn the tops of turtle pies, which are believed to taste like DeMet's Turtles because of the similarities in ingredients. In most cases, the crust is constructed of cookie crumbs and the inside is custard or mousse.
